So, what they're saying is, I should put all my meals into a KONG to really slow down the pace of eating:
Kongs are just to make sure your dog gets adequate microplastics in their diet. The snacks inside are a bonus
My dog looks pretty happy when eating out of his Kong. And God knows he's about as neurospicy as I am. Maybe I should try eating out a Kong.
Synthesis: eating pizza with chopsticks
It's important that they take away food after a period of time cuz otherwise if I eat slowly I end up eating more
I find that when I eat more slowly I become aware of my fullness after consuming less food. The sensing of being full from food is something that has quite a bit of lag to it from the time you eat.

Idk how widespread/scientifically grounded it is, but my Japanese friends often say they were told to 'eat to 80% full' 腹八分目 to allow for time for the food to hit the stomach and the 'you are satisfied' signals to hit.
if I eat slowly, someone else my get my food.
that's why I eat like a Labrador.
These guys have obviously never seen me eat a bento. I inhale that stuff. A place near me has really nice bento so I get it pretty much every chance I get.
