Why? Because we don't want the data. The data would make us feel bad, and the people profiting from the prisons don't want us to feel bad about the prisons, and they are the ones who would collect and share the data.

Fire to the prisons. The way 'murcans go about their lives while 2 million of their people are caged makes me sick.
Obviously pregnant people's healthcare while incarcerated should be of extreme concern, but the problem is incarcerating them to begin with.
