Hope: A Sky Full of Ghosts is a sci-fi point-and-click adventure where you, as Agatha Hope, captain a disjointed crew on a stolen spaceship. Your goal? Escaping the corporate tyranny on Earth.

Your decisions and wits will decide the course of the mission, your relationship with the crew and whether you survive or not.

It blends the spirit of old-school point-and-click games with a deep narrative full of character and secrets.

scifi? point&click? Are you targeting me specifically? Wishlisted & waiting for the demo to drop.

Digging the art style, it's kinda reminiscent of "Another World" / "Out of this world".

Just going by the video/screenshots on the steam page, is this going to be on phones as well? The dialog choices ui seems needlessly massive for regular pc use. Also the video says "demo available now", but I'm just nitpicking :P

That's awesome! "Another World" is indeed one of the visual inspirations for the art style 😉. Good eye 😉.

You really are observant, the dialogue options are that big because at first we aimed for mobile too then quickly realized this game is not a mobile game and are yet to update the UI for dialogues.

We will eventually do it, but there's only two of us working on it in our spare time so making sure the frame work is fully there is our priority.

99% of the features are present, 90% of the story outline is complete so everything is falling into place and we aim to launch late 2026. Wish us luck 🤞.

Nitpick away! The more nitpicking the more encouraging it gets for us. That means, that only surface level issues are present. (🤞😅)

As for the teaser trailer, yeah that needs to change, once the demo is out you'll see that changes are needed too. I'd love to hear your thoughts when we release it.

I really like the premise, though if I might suggest, y'all might want to tweak that trailer so the intense movie trailer music doesn't stop abruptly towards the end.
