Comrade Glioblastoma could be doing so much good in DC. Instead... Michael Bolton diagnosed with brain cancer glioblastoma. What is that?

I might be able to ignore this constant total jagoff stuff if the Democrats had at any point since the late 90s managed to build an actual broadstream media apparatus in even a tenth of the way Republicans have been doing instinctively since the 1980s or earlier. But they can't even fucking do that. This is wearing a slogan tee shirt into the work break room when you're the boss and patting yourself on the back.

Edit: I assumed that was just the preview... That's the whole thing!? Six seconds on abstract nonsense with no follow up. I'm not even talking policy or a clever respositioning of Republican sentiment, I mean just... Nothing!?! No call to action. No context. No link. No reason to care. No fucking supporting evidence for what the fuck they're even talking about?

Really fighting the image of dementia ridden geriatric do nothings there lads, well done amerikkka-clap

since the 1980s or earlier

The GOP: "Hey, idiots! We have decades-long plans. We're building a ginormous soul sucking right-wing propaganda media machine. And we're gonna pack the courts with zealots, fundies, and - best of all - fundie zealots."

The Democrats: "We are going to win arguments and be self-righteous and smug. Let the best men - or women(!) - win!"

The GOP: "Alright losers. But we almost wish you wouldn't make it so easy for us. Almost."

GOP: Our most insane conspiracy cults of the past like the Birch society have become a massive consolidated church and radio network. And now we've essentially just invented (via Murdoch) 24 hour cable news.

Dems: We will be liberated by the occasional 60 minutes episode over the next decade. Job done.

What am I missing here? There are lots of taxes on cars: Sales tax, fuel tax, yearly registration, mandatory insurance, various recycling fees.

How many takes do you think they had to do for this.

[-] [email protected] 10 points 1 month ago

10ish? I don't think Schumy is a natural performer. Plus - I think it's pretty funny they used that take. As he walks forward it looks like suffering from a condition that's affecting his balance. Also - I love the unnatural handclap. I wonder whose idea that was. It makes him look sort of silly.
