Not all countries can do that and be fine. Countries like Canada and ones in EU are pushing for suicidal neoliberal policies which will accelerate the turn to fascism so long as the working class never gets organized. The real issue is these countries do not see the rise of Trump as a consequence of economic policy.

Carney himself will accelerate fascism in Canada so long as he continues to be a neoliberal dog that does nothing to solve the underlying problems of Canadians.

Unfortunately because of our dogs it feels like Canada's the only viable option, and they're very clearly headed for the same direction as the US
