mushrooms for five minutes in the microwave?! I cant hack mushrooms when theyre cooked that long, i dont own a microwave but i only ever cook them lightly, before they go dark and the liquid all comes out
it does look tastey though :)
I got lucky and when I bought these packs of portobello mushrooms, they were strikingly dummy thicc, and typically, I would only microwave the mfs for like 2 and a half minutes, but to be honest with you, there was so much mushroom "meat" from just that one that the usual 2.5 minutes really did not cut it in getting it the way I wanted it.
