Think it could be about how many trans fem people has penis anatomy which the meme could be referring to as a "lady wand". Just my interpretation.

There was the brain-dead US politician who raised a huge stink over having to share a bathroom with a Trans lady leading to a rule that they have to use the bathroom associated with their birth gender and not their preferred one.
The crazy thing is, women's bathrooms are all stalls. It's not like the Terf lady would see anything unless she really tried
No, the "FORCED" is sarcastic, I think the point is that the hypothetical TERF doesn't have to look at all, but she chooses to, so she can be more outraged. It's not a profound masterpiece, but it's not completely inane.
