Could be the thing going on with the first trans woman in… congress? I think? And some right wing lady also in congress(?) calling for a bill or something forcing trans people to use their birth sex bathroom in the house.
… I am new to political crap I probably have a bunch of terms and stuff mixed up but basically first trans woman US government official is being bullied by Republican woman government official that “mEn sHouLdnT bE iN wOmaNs BatHroOms!”
Think it could be about how many trans fem people has penis anatomy which the meme could be referring to as a "lady wand". Just my interpretation.

No, the "FORCED" is sarcastic, I think the point is that the hypothetical TERF doesn't have to look at all, but she chooses to, so she can be more outraged. It's not a profound masterpiece, but it's not completely inane.
There was the brain-dead US politician who raised a huge stink over having to share a bathroom with a Trans lady leading to a rule that they have to use the bathroom associated with their birth gender and not their preferred one.
The crazy thing is, women's bathrooms are all stalls. It's not like the Terf lady would see anything unless she really tried

Most trans women PASS, it's why you're doing it. Transphobes tend to assume Conchita/RuPaul drag performance is trans, but it's not, it's a gay thing mocking gender, not trying to pass.
