Saturday's rally occurred less than 24 hours after Israel struck Iran with strategically targeted missiles the night before. The ongoing turmoil in the Middle East was among the reasons the Muslim and Arab leaders cited in their endorsement of the former president.

"We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine," Alzuhairi said. "The bloodshed has to stop all over the world, and I think this man can make that happen."

Upvote for newsworthiness, of course.

Believing Trump is going to save the Middle East from bloodshed, though… I wish Lemmy had a facepalm button next to the voting ones.

Trump is the first guy to jump down Biden or Kamala's throat if they so much as even hint at not being fans of how Israel is handling things.

But yah...sure buddy, he totally cares about Muslims and will get right to saving them right after some higher priority things like re-instating the Muslim travel ban and giving Netanyahu a handjob in the Oval Office

A few quotes about his peacekeeping strategy:

So his strategy is kill them faster and quieter.

Who would have guessed Dot would start pushing this issue?

Idk but that’s three strikes in my book. If the community won’t make them go away, I guess it's time to block.

Trump "ending war in the ME" = let Israel bomb the crap out of the ME.

Amer Ghalib is very openly anti LGBTQ, recently led a conference including himself and Michael Flynn, the Q Anon believing former General who referred to Islam as 'a cancer'.

He appears to be genuinely believe that Trump is a "very principled person" will solve the conflict in the Middle East.

So basically he's either lying or a complete fucking moron.

Bill Bazzi appears to be a little miniature corrupt authoritarian of his own:

Alzuhairi seems, like Ghalib, to actually believe Trump will bring peace in the ME, which also makes him either a liar or total fucking idiot.

Now you might ask why I call these people idiots or liars. Well it might have something to do with Trump's previous Middle East Peace Plan expert... and son in law... Jared Kusher, accomplishing nothing other than pissing off Arab and Muslim communities, making the ME even more unstable with his 'contributions' to the 'peace process'.

Or Trump's basically first major act as President being to attempt to ban basically any immigration into the US from almost every single majority Muslim country.

...

Oh right, and here is Rudy Giuliani at the very same Madison Square Garden rally as these representatives of the muslim community here in America:

September 11 was our darkest hour, October 7 was Israel's darkest hour.

They are our best friend.

I worked for Ronald Reagan for 8 years, Ronald Reagan said: "We have to be there for Israel always, because they are always there for us!"

Hamas is not there for us, Iran is not there for us, they wanna kill us (!), and the Palestinians are taught to kill us at 2 years old!

They won't let a Palestinian in Jordan, they won't let a Palestinian in Egypt, and Harris wants to bring them to you!

They may have good people, sorry, I don't take a risk with people who are taught to kill Americans at 2!

I'm on the side of Israel!

You're on the side of Israel!

Donald Trump's on the side of Israel!

And they're on the side of the terrorists!

Yep, sounds like a great starting off point for Trump's pro muslim middle east plan, mhm!
