Saturday's rally occurred less than 24 hours after Israel struck Iran with strategically targeted missiles the night before. The ongoing turmoil in the Middle East was among the reasons the Muslim and Arab leaders cited in their endorsement of the former president.

"We are supporting Donald Trump because he promised to end war in the Middle East and Ukraine," Alzuhairi said. "The bloodshed has to stop all over the world, and I think this man can make that happen."

"We will put conditions on weapons sales to Israel" isn't that complex, but centrists all reject it for exactly one reason.

[–] [email protected] -1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

What one reason in your opinion?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

The reason is that centrists support genocide. It's the only policy they don't abandon when they encounter pressure.

[–] [email protected] -1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I haven’t heard centrists support genocide. It’s however considered questionable if what’s happening can be considered a genocide. To many this is an awful war in a dense urban environment against deeply entrenched terrorists.

I don’t think there has ever been a genocide that the victims could end by freeing the hostages they hold captive.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Genocide apologia is disgusting and you should stop. 14 pages of dead Palestinian infants aren't "terrorists."

[–] [email protected] 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

Civilians die in every war and of course that’s terrible.

The best numbers currently available are 40k dead total from which 15k are combatants. That’s less than 3 civilians per combatant. Urban warfare is historically much worse.

I don’t think the available information proves the war in Gaza is a genocide. It should stop regardless.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

There is no proof that you will accept that the genocide in Gaza is a genocide. Do not pollute my inbox again with your apologia.

[–] [email protected] 0 points 1 week ago (1 children)

The only proof you showed is 14 dead children.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

14 PAGES of dead INFANTS. Or as you call anyone who Netanyahu murders for you, "terrorists."

Here's something for you to not read, like you didn't read my comment about 14 pages of dead Palestinian infants the first time, and like you didn't read how I told you to not pollute my inbox with your disgusting genocide apologia again.

Then again, your opinions weren't reached by reading, it's why you're a genocide denier.

Look up the definition of genocide. Dead civilians are not sufficient to fit the definition.

If you don’t want replies, don’t comment on a public forum.

Let's not pretend that there is anything other than the complete slaughter of all Palestinians that will satisfy you. Or your definition of genocide.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 1 week ago (1 children)

I wrote that the war should end and you suggest I will only be satisfied if all Palestinians are killed. You are a deeply unserious person.

I wrote that the war should end and you suggest I will only be satisfied if all Palestinians are killed.

That is one way for the genocide to end.

I want the genocide to end now. You keep pretending it's not a genocide.
