I would start a leftist website and then gaslight/ purge everyone who disagrees with me.
Bit late to te party, but offer a service to businesses to weaken their competition by trying to unionize their employees. Then offer the same to the other sides.
this could actually work lowkey as long as you seem super loyal to the company and somehow convince them to break solidarity with other boojies
