You've gotta do that cliche anime breakup shit where you kick a rock around a parking lot and go stare out over some water. It's my favorite part.

I'm watching some PBS Space Time videos. Specifically the playlist about neutron stars. They seem to get overlooked in popular media, being figuratively outshined by their more glamourous black hole siblings. But there's something so wild and wonderful about a star that's effectively a single massive atom.

Also, in physics there's a concept called the Schwarzschild radius. The short version is that if you pack an amount of mass into a space smaller than that radius for that given mass, you've created a black hole. Now here's the crazy part: if the estimated amount of mass in the universe is put into that equation, the Schwarzschild radius is about three times larger than the estimated size of our universe. In other words, we may be living on the interior of a black hole, and that black hole may have been created by a collapsing star in a parent universe. Of course there's no way to test this, so it's not remotely a scientific theory, but more of a "cool idea while high" thing. And it's mathematically fun to think about.

i am not in a relationship and haven't been. ever. i thought if i would be happy on my own it would sort of happen automatically, but now im just 'good' at being by myself

Like recognising a bad relationship and how to break it up.

You probably made the best possible decision, considering the situation. I unfortunately had the displeasure of seeing a guy enter multiple relationships with different women, even though he acknowledged there were multiple red flags even before he started dating them. In one instance, he literally left a fucking 24 hour timer so he could know when to stop ghosting her and actually answer the message. Totally wild shit. In the end, he hurt himself and others emotionally, when he could have just said "no" at the beginning, and spared everyone a lot of nerves and tears.

if it was genuinely bad then a (bittersweet) congrats. nuffin wrong with a little rebound though it's never really worked for me personally (errbody different). what were the core issues? (don't have to answer if u don't feel like it)
