Links must be to the original source, not an aggregator like Google Amp, MSN, or Yahoo.

Example:

  1. Articles must be relevant to politics. Links must be to quality and original content. Articles should be worth reading. Clickbait, stub articles, and rehosted or stolen content are not allowed. Check your source for Reliability and Bias here.

  3. No memes, trolling, or low-effort comments. Reposts, misinformation, off-topic, trolling, or offensive. Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.
  4. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
  5. No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

That's all the rules!

MODERATORS

Main thing they're doing:

Party operatives, armed with a high-powered projector, booked themselves a room across the street from Trump Tower to display the message “Trump-Vance: Out For Themselves” — along with other slogans intended to rankle, rile, and otherwise irritate the candidate — across his 92-story building’s gleaming glass facade.

Someone should do a slideshow of all the pics with him creeping on his daughter and hanging out with Epstein

I find it very telling that Trump is particularly unpopular in his home town. But hey, that's completely understandable, after all, New Yorkers have known Trump's shady business practices quite well for a long time and he also still owes the city half a billion dollars. He doesn't seem to be particularly popular in Chicago either - as probably in any major city anyway.

What kills me is he spent ~20 years destroying everything he touched in Atlantic City, including but not limited to stiffing contractors and bankrupting casinos. It was all over the news cycle, as kid me clearly remembers. But none of it seems to matter to the NJ magats, even the ones that lived through it as adults. Dude's been a con man his whole fucking life, and was never shy about it. Just loud with the persecution act.

I sincerely do not understand.

Why the hell doesn’t New York just start seizing his properties if he owes them that much?

The cases are in an appeal position. Allegedly the bond is on holding by a bonding insurance company pending the results of the appeal.
