No opinion pieces, Listicles, editorials or celebrity gossip is allowed. All posts will be judged on a case-by-case basis.
7. No duplicate posts.
If a source you used was already posted by someone else, the autoMod will leave a message. Please remove your post if the autoMod is correct. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners.
The auto mod will contact you if a link shortener is detected, please delete your post if they are right.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body
For copyright reasons, you are not allowed to copy an entire article into your post body. This is an instance wide rule, that is strictly enforced in this community.

That's not even just biased language, that's just lying. There really should be personal consequences for flouting ~~flaunting~~ your duty to that extent. It incentivizes just trying any ridiculous scheme, safe in the knowledge that the worst possible result is just being told to try again.

I'm in one of the deepest red. We'll need local people with deep local contacts to be good insurgents if the time comes.

Dumb question I'm too lazy to Google - who decides the wording for these questions? It seems like it's always Republicans, no matter who is proposing the question
Republicans control a lot of state government positions. It's part of their whole strategy.
They gerrymander to get/keep those positions then use those positions to keep gerrymandering around. It's a vicious cycle.
It's Democrats in blue states, but blue states haven't need urgent ballot measures about basic rights recently, so all the news stories are about red states.
Here's a story about a California Democrat changing the name of a ballot question, except instead of lying they changed it from the "Protect Kids of California Act" to the more accurate "Restricts Rights of Transgender Youth".
In Ohio it is Republicans all the way down.
