deadlifts
you can't deadlift 2 miles in 15 minutes though
i never tried it before but my knees hurt and i couldnt do my 20ks so i tried it out. I spent 45 minutes on it (prolly with bad technique) and wrecked my body for over 2 weeks. I went to the doctor and said i think something is wrong beyond the soreness from the machine but she said that was a ridiculous amount of time to spend on a rowing machine.
You gotta get in to one of those dragon boat thingies.

Nothing too fancy, just hand barbells with some videos I follow along to, but it works.
