He looks like some scuffed Mark Zuckerberg came back from the future 20 years from now. In an alternate universe where the bullet hit, that Corey guy is still alive and ordained as the New Trump due to Trump's brain matter splattering his face in something resembling a ghostly image of Christ. Zuck has to gather a team and go back 20 years to save Trump's life and cause Corey to die to spare earth a somehow worse future.
