"Use of force to prevent soldiers being taken into captivity" is a very weird way to say "Killing your own people en masse to damage your enemy's chances at negotiation"
post
The whole policy shows how Israel views humans: as nothing more than assets. Property.
Really? Because the IOF swore up and down that this policy didn't exist anymore
Given how much they've told the truth, I'm sure we'll eventually learn that they opened fire on the music festival that gets tossed around so much because they couldn't tell people apart.
Eventually we're going to learn that Hamas killed maybe 5 people at most, and everyone else died because of the IOF being trigger happy with bombs and missiles.

"What are they shooting at? We haven't even gotten there yet!"
I thought this was already basically confirmed? All those cars were not destroyed by AKM’s and RPG’s.
Oh they just... up and said it? Huh
Of course. There will be zero consequences so they may as well. In fact libs will probably bend over backwards to defend it. "Oh look what atrocities Hamas FORCED Israel to dooooo!
whomst amongst us hath not.. checks notes indiscriminately murdered hundreds of our own soldiers and citizens out of spite?
Surely libs will not go with "they forced the idf to kill their own civilians", right...?
The American press is even less honest about this shit than the Israeli press.
Like we fucking said months ago. So all the X number is Israelis who died on 7 October that was tossed around was indeed bullshit.
1400 INNOCENT CIVILIANS~~!!!!!
1200 innocent civilians with titles like 'sgt-major'.
The Israeli government even recently downgraded the number to 1100
👏 Most 👏 moral 👏 army 👏
Everyone is just gonna act like this is completely normal together with the cum extraction unit thing.
when i was a kid i was traumatized by all the terrorism shit that was popping off- and setting aside the fact that I now believe saudi intelligence may have kicked it off on our behalf, i didn't understand why anybody would hate our nation - or israel, and other nations allied to us, back then - it just seemed like baseless hatred
but in 2023 it's very easy to acknowledge that the US is the great satan, and our puppets in the middle east - saudi arabia and israel - are equally demonic. Our worst, most brutal critics, when they weren't on our own payroll, ended up being right. the Empire is so god damned cruel and evil. I want this to end so badly.
potentially civilians as well

also: added this to effort post about Oct 7th and Hannibal Directive: https://hexbear.net/post/1609134
and the whole haaretz site is giving 403s rn
Worth rereading these older stories in context with this story from haaretz
There was also an interview with a young woman helicopter pilot on Oct 7 that talked about how many times they went back for loads of hellfire rockets, free firing at things that moved. I can't find that interview now though, I don't recall the outlet it was in.
iirc that interview is mentioned on screen or audio is excerpted in GDF's video about Oct 7 Hannibal:
How Israel Merked its Own Civilians on October 7
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
old effort post with lots of links for context of various hannibal instances on Oct 7th: https://hexbear.net/post/1609134
here is the helicopter colonel that describes 20+ helicopters having to re-arm during the day because of all the shooting they did
