4 or 5. 3 if I'm desperate, but I'm expecting it to taste a little bleh.
6 or 7 cause I don’t like bananas except in stuff
best is 5-7 for me
3-5, 6 as long as the flesh doesn't have too many black spots itself. If it's starting to decay I just put them in stuff.
4-5, 6-7 can be a smoothie/baking banana.
5 is just perfect
