At this point yes, and why should any of us abide by these kangaroo court laws? The courts have been illegitimate for decades, and this whiny little bitch of an orange shit stain is the proof.

It doesn’t matter what it covers. They’re never gonna do anything.

Throw the worthless orange Russian spy into prison.

I'd have thought by now, you guys would have figured out that it's never going to happen. Ever. Trump or anyone in his position will never set foot in jail.

Have we ever had such a clear display of wealth and/or fame keeping a criminal from justice?

I'm so sick of the most advantaged people in our country getting away with everything and anything they do wrong. This isn't just a crime, it's fucking despicable.

This guy goes after family members and judges like a shitty, inbred orange mobster - all for crimes he is 100% guilty of. He can't even follow orders to not slander those he's being convicted of battering.

This guy is such an awful fucking person. He is the worst of humanity manifest in a clown costume, complete with a painted face.

What gag order? If it's not enforced, and won't be enforced, it's just a meaningless piece of paper.

All laws are meaningless to the wealthy and powerful. Trump is showing us this in real time, and it just keeps getting worse.

Id like to point out that the "hush money" case is actually an election interference case. Much like how "storming the capitol" was a coup attempt.

Wasn't the hush money campaign finance laws?

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Trump’s legal team pushed back on the notion, suggesting prosecutors’ requested clarification amounts to an expansion of the restrictions.

“The express terms of the gag order do not apply in the manner claimed by the People, which they seem to acknowledge by suggesting the need to ‘avoid any doubt,’” Trump attorneys Susan Necheles and Todd Blanche wrote in their letter.

The former president himself has not held back from aiming his ire at the families of his perceived foes across his numerous legal battles, targeting the spouses and children of udges overseeing his cases and prosecutors.

Merchan at a Monday hearing refused Trump’s lawyers demand that the trial be postponed beyond April 15.

The former president cited her employment in his demand last year that the judge recuse himself, but Merchan refused in part based on guidance from an ethics advisory committee.

In prosecutors’ letter, Steinglass urged the judge to warn Trump he was violating the gag order and sanction him if he continues disregarding it, arguing his attacks are highly likely to influence witnesses and others.
