Would be interesting to get an understanding of the income distribution at Huawei, or at least the median comp. Without it, it's hard to say whether Huawei is better than a company like Amazon with an aristocratic techbro echelon and a huge number of warehouse slaves, which still may work out to have a high average comp.

Just had a weekend alone with my little one while partner was away. It was so sweet and fun to have a weekend free of goals and tasks and focus on playing and going on adventures. I was dreading the intensity and duration of multi day solo parenting, but at the beginning of the weekend I had a moment of reframe in which I was able to see that this time also had the possibiltiy to be special and memorable. It was!
