My friends and I do make this generalization a bit, but mostly at older men, boomer age. We all know a number of men who will proudly claim they never changed a diaper.

My mother in law and grandmother in law were in amazement at the level of participation I had with my kids. They commented on it a number of times (jokingly telling my wife to lock me down with sex) when they'd see me do almost anything for my own kids.

I don't know any new fathers though

I have a pi-hole at home to block them when they're on Wi-Fi. I'll look into that for when they're out and about

I get that Biden was pretty damn passive as a president, but holy moly was it just a relief for a while there to be able to completely forget the president even existed and wasn't actively destroying the world's view on the USA.

Like those 4 years were like sitting down for the first time.

I have successfully taught my children that if they play a game that requires ads between attempts at playing the game, that usually is faster to force close the game and start from the beginning again than wait for the ad to finish.

I'm so proud to see them just "nope" out of ads immediately.

I haven't a clue.

The context of when I posted it was on a comic about "I'd do anything for my kids except listen to them talk about what they enjoy".

How else are you supposed to figure what kind of stupid nonsense they're getting up to. Anytime I see my kids focused on almost anything I'll ask "what're you working on?"

Nope, read the full resolutions text, and also emailed my rep. But thanks anyhow!

The downvotes are more funny than Brennan is. It amazes me that people actually enjoy that guy.

I got so many downvotes last time I suggested this, it was just comical to me how many people get pissed at the implication that they aren't watching their kids, while not watching their kids.

So what you are saying is one single Styropyro Macro-wave will suffice?

Or just make your app so badly optimized that nothing other than the newest hardware can handle it!

I have a Toshiba TV with the FireTV built in (terrible idea and I hate it now). The entire TV runs off an AMAZON OS and the crappiest app on the entire suite of apps I have is AMAZON TV. (caps for emphasis that Amazon sucks at their own apps on their own OS)

I also always get downvoted for saying she is an attractive woman.

Is her being attractive relevant? No

Is she unattractive? Also no

I just realized we have 4 mods and I think curve was the one that asked if anyone wanted to help, but is curve the owner?

On that note, do you need/want donations for operating expenses?

I like Taste, but the crowds really drive me away (in addition to price). I'm sure adding an extra day will help, but not enough for me to want to deal with the people.

Remember you can trust Discord with your driver's license for verification, I'm sure they won't accidentally store them in a plain text open API call or anything.

Kind of sucks to see, I like when local places succeed.

I can only assume this has a lot to do with prices, I know they do "fancy" waffles, but dang are they expensive. Even buying a "take home" pack from Kroger was like 14 dollars for 4 cold, not fresh waffles.

I've been to this location a few times in the past mostly for Burger Week, but once for regular lunch. I always thought it was pretty good food, but too expensive.

It also felt a bit off for the setting. A mid fine dining restaurant in a park with kids and dogs running about is weird to me.

I got an old dog that is losing weight pretty fast. She is 16 and for the last 15 years she has been about 25-28 pounds, and she is currently sitting at like 12 pounds.

I have been alternating between hot dogs and bologna as she likes to eat them and doesn't fuss about it. Most wet dog foods will work for about a week, then she turns her nose up at it.

I've soaked her dry food to get the volume up for her, which worked for a bit but now she pretty much refuses to eat dry food for about two days then nibbles.

I get that older dogs tend to lose their appetite as they get close to the end, but I'd prefer she not pass away from starvation over old age. I do still tend to hold off from straight up sugar/carbs, but a random peanut butter sandwich scrap or three has been passed over to her more than once.

So I am looking for ideas for high calorie food which can be purchased easily and preferably on the cheap.

Why is it so hard?

Mike's hot honey skyline (www.cincinnati.com)

I'm actually kind of excited to try this, even though sweet hotdogs sound gross

Burger Week+ starts today (cincinnatiburgerweek.com)

Personally I am excited to try Camp Chili's burger. Chili and Grippos, my sodium levels are going to rocket.

Meet the guy once at Matthew 25, super friendly. Loved to just chat.

I remember watching an episodic web series many many moons ago that used a highly stylized, I want to say almost cell shaded, computer animated video about a guy trying to travel across the country after some kind of event.

Each episode was done in a new location that tracked the travel across the USA and you picked your episodes by choosing a location off the map on the site.

It had a dozen or so episodes by the time I stopped watching for unremembered reasons.
