Worse than irrelevant, it becomes another tool for extortion and corruption. Why do nothing for free when you can get paid to do nothing?
Are we not going to acknowledge how fucked up it is that someone was behind bars for five years before getting a trial?
While on ketamine.
The article cites a strategist who argues that bringing attention to immigration only helps Trump because immigration is his strongest issue. The unstated assumption is that sentiment on any given issue is basically static and unchanging, that you can't change minds you can only change topics.
Shot in the dark, they're doing keto in the saddest way possible.
If only he'd sent war plans, he could have just shrugged and moved on like nothing happened.
Microsoft said Windows 10 would be the last version I'd ever use. They didn't know how right they were. I've been gradually switching to Linux, and will absolutely never use Windows 11 or any other version they put out.
Also a big red flag that he wanted them to identify the owner or a manager, because that's not fucking ominous when a cop is abusing his power and no longer wants to settle for a refund.
The "locust" bit is getting far too little attention. The history of comparing undesirable populations with vermin is long and filled with horrific violence.
I'd vote for ToS era Pike over Trump. I'd vote for a candidate who only communicates via ouija board over Trump. I'd vote to not have a president for 4 years before I'd vote for Trump.
It's crazy that Trump can get convicted of fraud, be found liable for sexual assault, promise to abuse presidential power to get revenge against those who cross him, actively undermine both national and global security, promise to round up millions and put them into camps, attempt to overthrow the election and refuse to not try it again, and so on, and his side is still so loyal they'll wear solidarity diapers for him.
I would assume that they retain the data and are just hiding it from public view. That way they can fulfill one of their organizational goals, trying to prevent useful or accurate information from reaching the public, but still have the ability to respond to a subpoena.

They're the same IP, but they aren't the same continuity. And I wouldn't be surprised if they have the license for the show specifically and not the books.
Look at it this way, if a new Witcher game was being announced, how big of a difference would it make for it to be a spinoff of the existing games, a new adaptation of the books, or a an adaptation of the Netflix show?
