If you don't wanna do streetcomplete like Skua said but rather have more of a mission to enter every dog poop bag station in your area or whatever give it a quick google, if stumped, ask around on the forums. From my experience the OSM community is incredibly friendly to newcomers trying to contribute. I once fucked up like 50 entries when I had a field day and some guy just mailed me saying he fixed them all and how to do it properly in a very nice way

I've tried / made dandelion honey and that's basically just 1:1 as far as I can tell

[-] [email protected] 12 points 4 days ago

to be fair ideally you want the power source up there before the moonbase goes up

[-] [email protected] 37 points 4 days ago

under what circumstance would you like like 2 or maybe 30 entirely undemocratically elected guys to decide what you may buy

[-] [email protected] 21 points 4 days ago

no, it's fine, as I am a scholar. But I am also a communist, and as such I think of the poor and uneducated a lot. I think your comic will help them. Not me though, I knew this.

my local library recently introduced a library of things and they've hit a fucking homer. It's all either things you need for like 2 weeks out of 5 years (like a machine for laminating paper), expensive hobby stuff you can try out before you drop your own cash on it (like sewing machines or button makers) or full-on throwing a rager equipment (like a karaoke machine). It is such a perfect mix of things to get on a library model. If I ever win the lottery or something I'm buying them a whole makerspace department with staff and all the equipment you could dream of.

One of the first side-missions is you befriending a cop who lives in your building.

spoilerHe attempts suicide later and you can fuck it up so he goes through with it.

countless shooters (and gta 5) have been attacked by the left media for grooming boys into becoming "violent" and holding values that are "toxically masculine"

These are like diametrically opposed as per real world. A lot of the left will critize games for being toxically masculine, the only real criticism that a shooter turns boys violent is niche places like here and adjacent bubbles and even then only as a second order effect of recognizing CoD after Like Modern Warfare 4 (the first one) as USAF recruitment.

The whole idea that you play CS and then go shoot up a high school was always pretty near exclusively something Jack Thompson and evangelical Mothers Against X type groups did and even they mostly stopped once CoD became a recruitment tool

I got the impression those are also real world feminist, the other option is the feminists from Postal 2 and 3

I mean that one like all pre-computer-library systems is just honestly fairly obsolete. Half of it's job was that you'd have a starting point to skip over a few thousand reference cards to get where you wanted, which is hilariously easier to do on a computer without even getting all that fancy with it.

When you pick up the service gun

spoilerand go out the door again to the 3 floating hiss, I just immediatly started blasting them. You have like a second before the cutscene starts. The damage actually carries over to beyond the cutscene, if you han solo some mfers the game recognizes game

I'm just posting the wikipedia link here on account of I think it's a topic that people from both the feminism or the bicycle crank spheres don't seem to adress much despite there being quite a bit of both history and current day presence about it.

Hell I first learned about this via a trip to the "Einbeck City History Museum" which has about 3 rooms of city history, 10 on beer and then about 30 of bicycle history which is a stellar bit to pull as a museum

Everytime I look up how to fix anything I am bombarded by 800 repair kits that are all either "basic tools except they're not called speciality repair tools" or "glue or epoxy with plastic crap thrown in the mix"

Like I know how to navigate this now because I have actual people who're good at this stuff I can ask but jesus christ how do you navigate this on your own. This sucks ass. Why is there 40 chemically identical woodglues at the hardware store

I'm discounting things like limited runs, one offs or dumb shit like just gluing a lot of diamonds to one here and that arrives you at this, curiously all at about ~15.000€ give or take

  • Pinarello Dogma F Disc Super Record
  • Specialized S-Works Epic 8
  • Coffee Bike

To be fair I can't find a price for the coffee bike without the espresso maker and assorted equipment but you can just buy one of those

I feel like reverse engineering substitutes and basic concepts out of doing a lot of recipes sucks ass. How do you do this better, preferrably without getting someone from that region to teach you because where I live is not that kind of melting pot

I occasionally go on an SCP binge and I'm glad to see they've gone and stayed woke after the schiism. This is such a good SCP.

I'm posting this on both the account of the title amuses me in both languages and it's a good recipe for getting rid of whatever is about to spoil. What if a solyanka was northern german?

It's an old poor people food recipe back from tenured civil servants were poors.

You need:

  • 3 Tbsp of Neutral Oil

  • 500g of Mincemeat (or vegan equivalent thereof and preferrably) or really just any type of meat like protein

  • 6 medium pickles

  • ~250ML of broth

  • some pickle juice

  • some carbohydrates

  • whatever seasoning you have

  • Prepare the carbohydrates whatever. Roast your potatoes, cook your pasta, boil some rice

  • fry up the meat in the oil

  • add cubed vegetables as long as they sort of fit together on taste basis

  • add broth and braise until it's reduced to a bit viscous

  • add pickles

  • simmer for 10 mins

  • add pickle juice and seasonings

  • simmer for 10 min, reduce depending on the amount of pickle juice until the sauce is somewhat viscous

  • pour over prepared carbohydate

  • eat your slop (positive)
