I think Google got tired of having to defend itself from lawsuits about Google copying and displaying the contents of web sites and not sending people to these web sites.
Also building an independent search index together with Qwant - already serving the French and German users. In their way to to drop Google and Bing
Until people see the idea, want to quit? Go on strike and receive a big pay cheque… just need to get a lot more people involved and a union

the electricity spot price is actually expected to be pretty low here (Denmark) during the solar eclipse Wednesday
I see a huge price spike at 19.45-20.15 with the solar eclipse peaking at 20.05 (DK time).
It’s been a while since I ran out of battery, so that probably makes it more relaxing for me. Also, I like that the screen is as simple as possible.
I make sure my phone has enough charge for whatever I’m doing or on rare/special occasions have a power bank with me.

I have out of because I don’t need to know exactly what my battery is on. I’m good with the graphics and if the indicator is amber or red, I really need to think about charging soon.

Not that I trust these systems too much yet, I do see why they can be better:
- Reaction time - can break and/or steer much fast than a human
- Awareness - can see “everything” all at once
- Never tired, influenced or disturbed
- What they lean from humans is not just how to handle different situations but also lean from human mistakes
- The fact that there are 2 billion drivers world wide (my own made up number) that needs to learn from the ground up and get better with all the falls humans brings to the table, but the car is just one AI (maybe there are more) that needs to be fine tuned to be the best
But as you say, the AI is still putting out weird things once in a while, and maybe the next big painting on the side of a truck makes the AI drive over into incoming traffic…
Have made a few searches on Greta Thunberg and her parents and they are not “rich”. They are better off than average in Sweden but calling them rich is a bit of a stretch.

I would say it’s okay with more than yes/no. You could say yes, but only if code review by human. The difference is that if you can only say yes or no, you would have to say yes, but then don’t know if the details of the final rules of AI in the project would actually be a dealbreaker for you. However, these options are a little too much.
