A seven year-old cries out in pure joy "Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! It's Matty and he's wearing his cappy!" Or so Yglesias dreams. He smiles and dreams on "You better subscribe and soon, mommy! Or I will grow up rudderless and become a hooligan."
