Guy that looks like the people he's representing, is actually a diversity hire. Go figure.
Well in South Africa a similar tactic is used by rscists to complain about BEE (Black Economic Empowerment) and South Africa is 80% Black African.
These people are so racist that they actually believe it's impossible for black people to hold positions of power, even in black majority cities and countries.
DEI is going to lose its meaning much like woke has.

In fact, the fact that Baltimore is 60% Black and has a Black mayor offends them because they're afraid of our self-governance
