Which is not something I'm going to do personally, but the information may benefit someone. I'm still torn between getting it on Steam or just Game Pass.

I can't seem to find whether it will be Play Anywhere.

Oh, there's definitely a way if MS wanted to. Clearly buy-ins to DLC are part of the Gamepass business model though. Especially now they've found some of the audience will pay for it even before the game drops on there like with Forza and Starfield.
