Abolish senate and scotus? Wtf is this?
A list of half baked ideas.
I am pretty sure close to half this list is completely unconstitutional and literally unworkable without a whole new one.
That's the point of a rework
The Senate has the exact same problem that the electoral college does.
For the SCOTUS, we do need a "highest court" but I'm certainly open to things like ethics requirements that are actually enforced. Don't know how I feel about lifetime appointments. Pros and cons there.
Implement armed street judges that operate as judge, jury, and executioner.
Who needs those pesky checks and balances? They just slow things down. I want my candidate to do what I want, without interference. Iβm sure Bernie will be the next President and we can build trains just like China!
