guy who started a grease fire in the kitchen by accident going on to give seminars in fire safety without ever having learned what causes grease fires
it's somehow worse, because there was a victim of that grease fire who gave their own seminars and actually understood why grease fires happen, but the first guy killed them and stole their stuff after shitting on them for decades
also I was being extremely charitable saying by accident
