the Court cares more about Biden taking a loss and strengthening the university as an untrammeled freezepeach zone than it cares about the domestic maintenance of american empire, imho.
it doesn't matter though, as the point of the restriction would be to chill speech in the short term when the most overt genocidal acts are occurring; the restriction will have served it's purpose by the time it is struck down.
