Been a fan of their music since HS, it's interesting and dark. But I don't get obsessing over it, never understood people's drive to worship people like celebrity demi-gods. Maynard is a shit head too and I get bad vibes from him, like he's hurt people for fun.
He did however have a concert near a military base once and almost the whole crowd was military, I think it was shortly after the invasion of Iraq. Apparently all he did was bahh like a sleep at them for 40 minutes, kinda funny.
