It's because Trump is ideologically opposed to backing up any allies unless they're punching someone he dislikes more. If Israel wasn't genociding brown people or if the gulf states didn't vibe so much with his type of capitalism, he wouldn't give a shit about them. If he can't bully you or bully others with you, you're worthless to him.
Or paying him bribes. You can buy the deaths of US soldiers from Trump in the form of cash or planes.
Oh he'd still do Israel's bidding. They've got wayyy too much kompromat on him for him not to care what they want...
