Agreed, it’s the idea embedded in the text which is the meme. The text is just a carrier.

Here the meme is the idea that something isn't copyright when big corporations straight up pirate content for their AI to learn, while also claiming it escapes their containment. But then parodied and switched to a single person doing the same.
That definition is outdated and even dropped by the asshat who invented it.
We need a community for just "stuff"
For screenshots or whatever that doesn't really fit in other subs because , like you pointed out, this isn't a meme.
