Explain to me why I can do everything perfectly and if I have even one bad day or say even less than a day oooh its a big problem snort_owl is grumpy oh no lets make a big fucking fuss about it.

Yet conversely everyone can treat me like utter shit 24/7. Everyone else can be a grumpy rude passive aggressive fuck but god forbid i even have one bad day i must be perfect all the time.

I've been at my current job a year. Very much proven myself. No callouts, I'm always early. I am always down to work late and help out my coworkers on their routes. The other day I was having some tummy trouble and simply told my manager I was going to bang out my work and head out early because I wasn't feeling too hot, without giving any details. He was giving me a bunch of friction. I understand that he deals with bullshit all the time. But I am not the guy. One of your best tells you he needs to knock off a little early, after finishing his work for the day, you should say alright man have a good one! Anyway I told him I'd really prefer to go home and blow up my own toilet if it was all the same to him. Apparently that was enough.

The rules are there for the NTs not NDs it's a bum system. I feel you on the unfair expectations and having to deal with passive aggressive bs. Being pushed to a aggravated state sucks especially when overwhelmed. If you can find any time to centre yourself it can help, some sound cancelling of some kind tends to benefit me or to shut down some sensory input.
