KCNA doesn't work with HTTPS. It loads for me in the US with HTTP. KCNA recently did a UI rework on the website, so it looks slightly newer. KCNA publishes new articles at 6 PM eastern time each day. Sometimes they publish the articles in Korean before English, but I think KCNA translates every article within 24 hours.

Rodong Sinmun is also very interesting. It is the WPK newspaper, Set the language to Korean on Rodong Sinmun because it has a bunch extra articles in Korean only. You click on the calendar button and pick a date. Then it gives you all the articles for that date. It categorizes the articles into pages. Page 6 has international news, they'll have like DPRK's commentary on US events, Iran War, genocide in Gaza, etc.
