Why do you think they don't?
They never show up in movies. None of the ones I've ever been in have them. And Google says they're atypical.
It's probably a safer assumption to assume that the "bank" building template has a money vault, safe deposit vault (if it's not the same as The Vault), secure networking closet, secure guard room, secure teller area, then whatever space is left over for parking, offices out in the open, secure offices, and whatever the bathroom situation is. You don't have a bank without the "secure" part and "don't talk about security" is still security, even if it's the weakest part.
