May have started that way, but it's not being used such. Frankly though, it's not being used much at all lately, so if you can make a better one then I'm all for it
If there was a better one, I would use it a lot. I try not to use world or ml anyway. The intro stickie says it's for best communities which I try to honor. So at best, it's the users going rogue.
