Before Aug 3 there would have been a special election to replace him. After Aug 3 it's only 3 months to the midterms so there's a local law there that it gets rolled up with the midterms.
So what im hearing is he will be pronounced dead on Aug 4th? This really is some disgusting, macabre shit if so.
