A collection of some classic Lemmy memes for your enjoyment
People act like they are at gunpoint. It's perfectly fine to go “Hi, I'm Dusty, nice to meet you.” And leave it at that, no matter how much the extroverts before you ranted on about themselves. In my experience 99% of the time people feel just as apprehensive as you and don't really care. Now, if the entire point of the meeting is to introduce a team, please, just fucking cooperate. I've worked with too many people who refuse to participate on the meetings, and they make workflows so unnecessarily obstructive. I want to finish my task and go home as well, just pay attention to the communication tools, I don't care how much of a mystery you like to portray yourself as. Specially if our work depends on each other's coordination.
