Gogol bordello do it right. I was at a show where this decked out Mohawk'd girl gleefully charged the stage during the set and the roadies straight out body checked her off the stage. It was honestly impressive how fast they moved, and the fact they did it without noticeably hurting her. I get why they did it too, because she launched herself at the band full speed.
Hutz pulled her up onto the stage right after to dance while the band just went mental. It was a great way to channel the joyful energy from her charge once it was clear she wasent trying to hurt anyone.
