Actually, shout out to the grubby regional contractor "SMB" who did this. These guys are truly this era's equivalent to Tammany Hall corruption. Instead of cutting milk with paint they more likely cut paint with milk. They have spent the past 40 years doing the shoddiest construction with the cheapest materials available.
