Within a diatribe that I was stuck in like a video game cut scene he said among other things while I was working in his back yard.

That he knows I'm "not quite a man" (ally to the nonbinary community /s) but that I'm "doing a better job (of being a man) than most natural men of my generation" then proceeded to insult his son repeatedly, calling him a wimp with soft hands and no work ethic, a weakling and "addled by drugs and tiktok (as if he isnt a massive alcoholic and coke head who was actively embarrassingly drunk). He said he was 50-50 on hiring "a person like me" but that he regrets that attitude now. He then said it's good that my partner is black because "whiteness needs to be bred out of existence" (my partner is also afab so idk how he figures that makes sense). That one genuinely took me aback, it was a complete non sequitur
