- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

No, it was started on a state by state basis with Nebraska and South Dakota being the first states to fully outlaw in 1975.

It wasn't until 1993 until is was considered rape in all the states. Still to this day though marital rape is treated differently in some states.

In 1993 the last two states to make it illegal was Oklahoma and North Carolina.

One thing about AI search I've noticed is that it's a lot harder to find inconvenient information on things like this.

Oh yes, I knew about his spousal rape way back in 2000 when it was brought up in an article I read. Apparently she was paid well to keep her mouth shut and even repent what she said about the rape. He eventually buried her on a golf course for a tax break after a fall from the stairs.
