Looks more like an excavator than a bulldozer. Also don't see any armor on/around the cab. The color of the arm suggests this is not CAT, maybe Volvo. Hopefully more info about the incident comes out.

definitely an excavator, IDF bulldozers are heavily armoured like the killdozer
