Yes. Sometimes memes are transformative, ya know? Hell, some are completely made up and aren't even in the original shows/movies they are referencing.

I’m with you. This could be a template that 9/10 perfectly expresses a specific idea, instead they use it as a 4/10 catchall reaction that could mean anything.
