My impression of my neighbor is indecipherable DV related yelling leading to the cops showing up for the 3rd time today

It's synonymous with summer to me at this point

I've been to Laval. Saw two simultaneous unrelated DV incidents in a parking lot turn into one five-way scrap when someone tried to intervene in one of the fights.
