You sound vengeful. I just want it to stop. We are not the same

In all seriousness, I wish there were a way to properly put someone like Elon through rehabilitation into mainstream society as a well-adjusted adult able to contribute meaningfully to society.

As things are, I doubt he'll even learn some mild lesson that most kids internalized by the time they were out of kindergarten.

I realize that he was beaten within an inch of his life in his youth. He should not take that out on the world.

I think an example beds to be made. Ideally that's a great result. These are not reaaonal or rational people that sought out Epstein's service to be able to fuck kids and whatever else they got up to. They have caused unfathomable harm in the last few years alone. It's too late.

It's time for something akin to the Nuremberg trials, only without rampant face saving and blatant opportunism of offering a place for the "useful" monsters that took part in this. There is nothing they can learn if they don't understand by this point. What is there to save? They fucked up waaaay beyond forgiveness and don't deserve any further empathy. It's a weakness to many of them anyway by their own admission if not actions. The weekend will be better off without them and that is justice for those they have killed abused assaulted tortured.

These are the worst of us. A cancer that should be removed. But we need honest justice and not mob justice. I don't know who that is. The world is cooked

Yeah, what I really wish for is probably way off, if indeed even possible. I think I was quite intrigued by the ideas in the book Queen of Angels, most especially the idea of The Country of the Mind, in which they use tech to conduct therapy on people.

We could use a whole lot of that right now. However, I think even if that tech were to come online, right now it would be in the hands of those that would most need to be therapied...irony of ironies.

Tech is NOT a salvation. We need people who think. Aren't afraid to be challenged. Anf challenge others in turn. Unfortunately we have never figured these things out at scale. It only takes a small group to corrupt anything too large
