The point was that language has not yet changed enough to erase the homophobic connotations of cocksucker from living memory. But if you love calling people cocksuckers so much, go on ahead—I ain’t your daddy. (It sounds like it’d be excruciating, honestly.)
The original commentor mentioned this "why stick with outdated homophobic slurs". But all of you are right, these insults are important to us. Way more important than the people they were used to harm.
