Strasserism is explicitly anti-communist, so not exactly.
The ACP are a lot like the "Workers' Party" part of the Nazi party. They channel workers' rightful grief in a very Hitler-y direction.
They serve a dual purpose of misrepresenting the contemporary consensus among communists and turning the new wave of "China-pilled" workers into chuds.
The Strasserites did call themselves socialist though and did the opposite of socialism, similar to the ACP calling themselves communist and doing the opposite.
