wait shit you just reminded me. I went to the tomato festival for the first time last year or the year before and had the best fried green tomatoes. which was great because the weather has been awful for tomatoes lately.
Expand on this. How do you properly prepare a green banana?
Literally just eat them. Yellow bananas have "gone bad" in my house.
Edit: to clarify you want like 50-75% green. Not completely green.
